FULL DENTURES
Full Dentures
Sometimes tooth decay or gum disease can become unmanageable. This may lead to the decision to remove your remaining teeth on one or both arches. Full dentures are an economical and efficient way to restore your function and smile.
A complete denture consists of a thin gum-colored acrylic base that rests on the gum tissue. Acrylic replacement teeth built into the base give the appearance of natural teeth. We know that your smile is unique, at Kincumber Dentures we have the experience to help you select the teeth that will look the most natural. This also gives you the chance to customize the way you look; whether you want a “new” smile or want to recreate the one you had.

Latest Techniques
At our Kincumber clinic, we use the Biofunctional Prosthetic System (BPS) and the Swiss Denture Concept to help us design dentures specifically for your mouth.
Using advanced technology, we record your facial information to recreate your smile, the natural shape of your lips and facial muscles for the perfect fit. The denture teeth designed to mimic natural teeth based on your age and facial characteristics. We utilise lower suction impression techniques to help ensure a better fit.
Our team will strive to make the entire process of new dentures, as easy and stress-free as possible.

It’s all about Balance
Lets face it Dentures should not only look natural they should function comfortably.
Balanced Full Upper & Lower dentures are custom made dentures that are set to your unique characteristics so they contact evenly with your natural jaw functions when eating. They tend to be more stable not allowing food underneath so you experience a greater eating experience.
We achieve this by using precise recording techniques with the aid of Face Bow measurements and Adjustable Anatomical articulators (simulated jaw)
Injection Moulded – IvoBase System
Our injection moulding system permits a fully automated, controlled injection and polymerization procedure of special PMMA resins. The chemical shrinkage of the resin is entirely compensated during polymerization. This enables the fabrication of denture bases featuring high accuracy of fit and precision. The injector has been especially developed for the IvoBase material and permits excellent restorations.

Optional Implant supported
While dentures boast a long history of successful use, modern technology offers some options to enhance the way dentures fit and the way you look. In many cases, dentures can be secured more firmly to your jaw with the use of dental implants placed in the jaw.
In addition to having greater retention and a more natural look, implant-supported dentures are now an option. We can discuss these options and help you understand the ways they can improve your experience with dentures.
